• Bosch explains solutions for electric vehicle thermal management at Cenex Expo

Denham – Bosch, a leading global supplier of technology and services, will focus on thermal management for electric vehicles at the 2025 Cenex Expo. Bosch is a regular exhibitor at the event, which brings together industry stakeholders and government to discuss the latest vehicle technologies, including low carbon, connected, and automated mobility. Cenex Expo takes place at UTAC Millbrook on 3-4 September.

    Exhibition

Bosch Mobility associates will be on hand to explain some of the company’s latest technologies. The Bosch Mobility stand is in Hall 3, number C3-705b. In addition to thermal management, Bosch associates will be available to discuss a diverse range of topics from connected services for vehicle fleets to advanced low carbon technology, such as Digital Fuel Twin, Vehicle Energy Management, and Electrical/Electronic Architecture. Bosch experts will also be available to discuss interior sensing solutions, which can increase safety and comfort for vehicle occupants.

    Presentation

Bosch UK associate Bharath Jayakumar, Director of Global Key Accounts, will explain Bosch Mobility’s thermal management technology on Wednesday 3 September at 13.50 in Hall 3, as part of a wider discussion titled ‘Is it getting hot in here? Why Thermal Energy Matters’.

Thermal management of electric vehicles is an important area for vehicle manufacturers because regulations in some territories are limiting or banning the use of fluorinated greenhouse gases in air conditioning and thermal management systems. As a global Tier-1 automotive supplier, Bosch Mobility has developed a solution that incorporates the need to cool components, such as the vehicle battery, motor and power electronics, as well as cooling the cabin temperature.

Also presenting at the event is ETAS, the leading global supplier of tools for the development, validation and service of embedded control systems in the automotive industry. ETAS is owned by Robert Bosch GmbH and Dr James Dickie, Sales Director, will give a talk titled ‘The Benefits of Tiny AI for CAM Control Systems’. This will take place in Hall 3 on September 3 at 16.05.
